  • IronMan gives reasonable efforts to ensure high quality washing, drying, ironing and folding of your clothes.
  • IronMan do not read manufacturer suggested care and washing/drying labels due to time constraints.
  • IronMan is not liable for any damage due to normal wear and tear or shrinkage during washing and drying.
  • IronMan is not liabile for “special care” and delicate items that require special attention to be cleaned.
  • IronMan reserves the right to refuse cleaning any garment.
  • IronMan put in sincere efforts for Stain Removal.
  • IronMan is not responsible for any kind of loss or damage to any personal or non cleanable items left in the clothing or bags such as money or anything else.
  • In case of any damage or loss of garments due to IronMan, In this case please refer our refund and cancellation policy.
  • Customer must notify IronMan within 1 business days from the date of delivery in case of any lost or damaged items. Failure to do so will automatically waive off the claim of refund value for lost or damaged items.
  • IronMan promises to deliver within 4 working days from the time of pick up.
  • IronMan may check If your laundry is ready before selected time slot via call and confirm your availability.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our policy lasts 1 business day from delivery day. If 1 business day from delivery day have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only scheduled orders can be cancelled. Once we initiated your order you can’t cancel your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

We only provides refund if your service consignment is either damaged by us or vendor. If your service consignment problem can be resolve by repeating our service than we only give you a free repeat.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Free Repeat (if applicable)
Only provide in the case of bad service.
Free repeat is totally based on company decision. Company have rights to reject your free repeat request.
We only provide free repeat once a service.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We will not refund tax amount(e.g. service tax, delivery tax if applicable).
Maximum refund we can provide is 10x (times) of billed amounts. IronMan have complete rights on refund request acceptance.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at care@getironman.com.

We refund you on the billing items price.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not provide item exchanges. If your product is damaged by us or vendor than we will proposed an amount to you based on your items condition.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
